A lot of people undergo memory loss due to Alzheimer’s, hypothyroidism, simply old age or recent stroke. Nevertheless there are things you can do for example to take minerals and supplements that can extend your mental acumen.
* Take a daily multivitamin

Beta carotene and nutrients C, E are antioxidants that considered to be liable for kicking off toxic forms of oxygen molecules that occur naturally in the bloodstream. Thus, antioxidants safe the brain tissue and maintain the optimal functioning of neurons in the head. The antioxidants found in berries, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, broccoli, citrus fruits and nuts are of great importance. They are natural brain vitamin.
* Omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids
These fatty acids can be found in cold-water fish such as tuna, halibut, herring, salmon and of course in flaxseed oil and walnuts. These fats help to meliorate brain function in order to safe the head against high cholesterol and inflammation.
* Ginkgo Biloba
The leaves of ginkgo biloba tree are collected and worked over into additives that may be adopted in an effort to make better memory and brain function.
Keeping to a well balanced diet and getting nutrients and additives, it is important to be active to keep your mind sharp. Make sure you have plenty of regular exercise, stay active cognitively doing crosswords and lessen stress in all aspects of your life.
